We bid farewell to Ruby Ann Wegener (Waterloo, Iowa), born in Saint Charles, Missouri, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 8, 2024 at the age of 85. Ruby Ann touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her brother Roger Schroeder. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Coates Wegener of Cedar Falls; her children, Rebekah Wagner (Brian) of Waterloo, Rhoda (Darryl Hannenberg) of Montrose, James Wegener (Melissa) of Bettendorf and Rev. John Wegener (Heidi) of Dike; her siblings, Carol Hillmann of St. Charles, Margie Meiser of St. Charles and Gilbert Schroeder (Linda) of House Springs; and also Linda Schroeder of Hazelwood, Missouri.. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the Rev. and Mrs. Thomas Wegener Endowment Fund or College Hill Lutheran Church.
