She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Parker and Flossie Parker (Howard); her daughter Kenda Stellges; her husbands, Norval Baker and Richard Herman; and her sister Wilma Rogers.
She is survived by: her sons, Wayde Baker of Kennewick, WA and Steven Baker (Wilma) of Cottage Grove, OR; and her stepchildren, Debra Tompkins of Waterloo, Rose Rasmussen (Jerry) of Bakersfield, CA, Rick Herman of Waterloo and Dick Herman (Kathy) of Huxley. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
