He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Gorby and Ivy Pearl Gorby (Grimm); and his wife Shirley Blanchard. He is survived by: his sons, Buddy Pyle of Waterloo and Chad Gorby (Melissa) of Waterloo; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Harley, Jocelyn, Karsten, Wyatt and Jaxon; his sister Shirley Starkey of Moundsville, WV; his stepchildren, Jodie Conley (Richard) of Akron, OH, Lisa Creger of Waterloo, Terry Pyle of Globe, Arizona, Todd Owen (Judy) of Raymond and Troy Owen of Spring Valley, MN; and his stepgrandchildren, Jennifer, DJ, Dalton, Ricky, Michael and Cheyenne. He is also survived by eight step-great-grandchildren.
