She was predeceased by: her parents, Mabel Eckhoff (Carpenter) and Allard Eckhoff; and her siblings, Nellie, Raymond of Leukemia, Amos, James Ekhoff, Ruth (Steere) and Thelma (Dieke).
She is survived by: her husband LaVerne Beier; her son Galen (Vicki); her grandchildren, Stacy Kelley, Jennifer Elliott, David Beier and Heather Galle; her daughter-in-law Pat; and her great grandchild Derek Galle.
Rose was an active member of Ascension Lutheran Church, even helping to shingle the roof of their new church when she was in her 70's. Donating her time, talent and baked goods to the church was what many in her community will remember her for.
