Rose Krier Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rose Krier of Waterloo, Iowa, born in Emery, South Dakota, who passed away on November 4, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Krier and Kathryn Konzem Krier; her siblings, Marcetus, Victorine "Vicki" Fjelstad (Dale) and Lorraine Malmgren (Richard); and her brothers-in-law, Wayne Johnsen, Lorenz "Pete" Kindschi, Dick Stai, Ron Smidt and James Keen.
She is survived by: her sisters, Bernice Kindschi of Waterloo, IA, Eleanor Johnsen of Rapid City, SD, Kathleen Stai Smidt of Huron, SD and Irma Keen of Riverside, IL. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, great-grand nieces, and great-grand nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Friendship Village Chapel (600 Park Ln, Waterloo, IA 50702). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
