She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John C. Fox and Vern Fox (Kehoe); her children, Dennis O'Neill (Andi) of Dike, Mic O'Neill (Lisa) of Waterloo, Sandy Schooley (Ken) of Seattle and Peggy O'Neill of Iowa City; her husband Robert "Bob" M. O'Neill; and her daughter Patricia Hinders (O'Neill).

In Lieu of flower's memorial contributions may be directed in Rosie's name to her family which will be later designated elsewhere.
