He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Fliss and Lillian Bahl Fliss; his siblings, Norbert Fliss, Geraldine Denny (Gary), Karen Poppe (Gary) and Mary Ann Fliss; his nephew Eddie Poppe; and his niece Teri Fliss Schall.
He is survived by: his daughter Marta Lynch; his son-in-law Frank Lynch; his granddaughter Abriana Lynch of Mexico, Missouri; his daughter Denise Roberts; his granddaughter Felicia Roberts; and his brothers, Robert Fliss (Pam) of Tucson, AZ and Michael Fliss (Harriet) of Spirit Lake. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
