He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Armstrong and Agnes Hanlon Armstrong; his siblings, Norbert, Troy, Wayne Armstrong and Rose Marie; and his siblings-in-law, Joann Armstrong and John Siebel.
He is survived by: his daughter Sara Harper of Waterloo; his grandsons, Elijah and Christian Hunley; and his siblings, Paul (Rock) of Waterloo, Calif, Sandra Armstrong (Joe Rogers) of Waterloo and Vickie Siebel of Waterloo.
