He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Eckerman and Marybelle Eckerman; his wife Carol (Kuhn); his daughter Lori Eigen (Tony); his granddaughters, Amelia and Sophia of Oak Park, IL; his daughter Julia Eckerman; his grandchildren, Haley Eckerman of Stephenville, TX and Aleah Eckerman of Waterloo; his children, Jeff Eckerman of Las Vegas, NV and Jennifer Yarger (Steven); his grandsons, Leo and William Ronald of San Francisco, CA; his great grandchildren, Cayden and Damion; and his siblings, Mike Eckerman (Gail) of Rochester, MN, Terry Eckerman of Cresco, Leo Eckerman of Chetek, WI, Joe Eckerman (Joyce) of O'Fallon, IL, Jean Herring (Gene) of Marion, Ann Gunzel (Mike) of Lee's Summit, MO, Joan Kramer (Michael) of Cincinnati, OH, Mary Otis (Mike) of Polk City and Cynthia Lamfers (David) of Des Moines.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, a private family service will be 10:30 a. m. Tuesday at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Waterloo, with burial in Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Cresco.
