He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Anderson Norman (Kyle) of Washington, Sara Anderson of Waterloo and Ronnie Anderson (Melinda) of Traer, Iowa; and his siblings, Carol Poppe (Dick) of Waterloo, Bonnie Krause (Denny) of Rockwell, Iowa and Arnie Stockdale (Brenda) of Belle Plaine, Iowa. He is also survived by six grandkids.
