He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry J. Collentine and Marjorie Collentine (Zalome); his wife Cherie Muldoon; and his son-in-law Jeffrey Elliott. He is survived by: his children, Stephen J. Collentine (Paula) of Waterloo, Joseph G. Collentine (Karina) of Phoenix, AZ and Elizabeth A. Elliott of Winterset; his stepchildren, William J. Muldoon (MaryAnn), Daniel G. Muldoon (Debra) of Summerville, SC and Coleen K. Dunn (Michael) of Omaha, NE; and his brother John A. Collentine (Marilyn) of Cedar Rapids. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 4 step-grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, 8 step-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
