He is survived by: his sons, Richard Gerstenkorn Jr. of Waterloo and Dale Gerstenkorn of Waterloo; his siblings, William Gerstenkorn of Waterloo and Linda Weitl of Orlando, Florida; his grandchildren, Jenifer Smith (Tony) of Cedar Falls, Heather Gerstenkorn of Waterloo, Dale Gerstenkorn Jr. (Elk Run Heights) and Elizabeth Gerstenkorn of Waterloo; and his great grandchildren, Blake Smith, Kaedyn Smith and Cameron Gerstenkorn.
