It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Blough of Waterloo, Iowa, who passed away on October 31, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Blough and Vyla Blough (Tammel); and his daughter Tanna Sue Blough. He is survived by: his wife Sue Blough of Waterloo; his son Josh Blough (Rachel) of Waterloo; his grandchildren, Finley Iva-Mae, Huxley Trice, Olive Cora-Lynn and Clover Juna-Faye; and his sisters, Shirley Miller (Richard) of Blair, WI and Sharon Blough of Waterloo.
