She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Delbert Phillips and Beatrice Moore Phillips; her husband Kenneth Thiry of Waterloo; her grandchildren, Carlie, Kyle, Joseph, Ella and Jaxson; and her siblings, Rick Phillips (Deb) of Jesup, Tim Phillips (Angie) of Independence, Ron Phillips (Carol) of Rochester, Minn, Marcie Miller (Steve) of Jesup, Donna Meade of Fishers and Ind.

Preceded in death by: her father, Delbert Phillips Services: Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, a private family service will take place at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with burial in Sancta Maria Cemetery, both in Gilbertville.
