He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Sr. Hoffman and Ruth Whitney Hoffman; his stepmother Bernice Trumblee Hoffman; and his sisters, Lois Crawford (Robert) and Virginia Franck.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Hayes; his children, John Hoffman (Diane), Teresa Bartholomew (Joe), Denise Bouska (Jim) and Ben Hoffman (Rhonda); and his siblings, Vesta Maize (George) and Glen Hoffman (Celeste). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made in Raymond's name to his family which will be later designated to either Queen of Peace Catholic Church or Dunkerton American Legion.
