He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter E. Mobley and Minnie G. Mobley (Staley); and his brothers, Richard and Roy Mobley. He is survived by: his former wife Florence L. Jungling; his children, Julie Gibson of Shell Rock, Rochelle Heasley of Waterloo, Rod Mobley (Karie) of Cedar Rapids and Rick Mobley (Wendy) of Cedar Falls; and his brothers, Raymond Mobley of New Hartford, Robert Mobley (Sharon) of Janesville and Dean Mobley of Cedar Falls. He is also survived by four grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
