He is survived by: his siblings, Kristi Birge (Tom), Kathy Plummer of Waterloo, IA and Tim Reed of Ft Lauderdale, FL; and his sister-in-law Joan Reed (Karr) of Grapevine, TX. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and their children.
