He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mangrich and Patricia Woellert Mangrich; and his sister Debbie Palumbo. He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean of Waterloo; his children, Kerri VanEe (Curtis), Eric Mangrich (Kristi) and Shane Mangrich (Amber); his stepdaughters, Ginger Niedert and Camille Southall (Matt); and his siblings, Doug (Marlene), Bill (Lydia), Pat (Melinda), Alan (Deanne), Steve Mangrich (Missy), Mary Neisen (Dave), Ranelle Bailiff (Jerry), Shelley Roberts (Jeff) and Cyndi Troy (Torrey). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
