He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Boleyn and Marie "Fern" Jacoby Boleyn; his son Randy Boleyn; and his siblings, Lillian Welsh, Mildred Braley, Virginia Braley, Tommie and Dwayne Boleyn.
He is survived by: his wife Marla; his children, Craig Boleyn (Teresa) and Monica Ambrose (Michael); his grandchildren, Lindsey Klein (Chris), Mitchell Ambrose (Julie), Randi Wilson (Chris) and April Boleyn; his great grandchildren, Haley, Kayden, Mollie, Tanner, Harper and Bowen; and his siblings, Elenora Beahr, Shirley Milligan, Judy Walker, Sidney Boleyn and Roger Boleyn (Marlys).
