She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Havran and Effie Havran (Thede); her husband Harold Burhenn; her grandson Travis Burhenn; and her sister Lilas Winter.
She is survived by: her sons, Kent Burhenn of Ames and Paul Burhenn of Dysart; and her grandchildren, Lindsay Bierbaum (Aron), Zach Burhenn, Colby Burhenn (Wendy), Tyler Burhenn (Abby), Brandi Harmsen (Tom), Adam Burhenn and Andrea Burhenn (Nathan). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
