We are sad to announce that on April 17, 2023, at the age of 73, Phillip W. Fowler (Waterloo, Iowa), born in Columbus, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Fowler and Margie Hill Fowler; his daughter Carrieanne Larson; his siblings, Irene Ross and Mark; and his granddaughter Carly Larson.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Garretson; his daughter Crystal Hughes (Scott) of Waterloo; his grandchildren, Kennedy, Brooklyn, Mikayla, Dakota, Blake and Ethan; and his siblings, Marle Jackson, Karen Meade of Ohio, Bud, Terry and Clay of Ohio. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
