He is survived by: his children, William Surovy of Waterloo, David Surovy (Shelly) of Evansdale, Robert Surovy (Angie) of Dunkerton, Mary Surovy of Waterloo and Paula Thome (Rob) of Raymond; his brother John Surovy (Sharon) of British Columbia; his grandchildren, Jeremy Surovy, Jamie Surovy (Lindsay), Sarah Thome, Samantha, Papenheim and Jennifer Lane; and his great grandchildren, Kayden, Kamryn, Teagen, Jordan and Owen.
