He is survived by: his son Herbert; his wife Irene Schaffer of Waterloo; his children, Vicki Wilharm (Jeff) of Cedar Rapids, Randy Alberts of Cedar Falls, Rodney Alberts (Vicki) of Cedar Falls and Michael Alberts (Vanessa) of Cassville, WI; and his brothers, Ray Haase (Susan) and Terry Haase (Jom). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
