He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Manley and Hattie Kraft Manley; his wife Phyllis; his brother Francis Manley; and his nephew Dean Manley.
He is survived by: his children, Morgan Manley (Emily) and Callie Henrichs (Jeff); his siblings, James Manley (Janice), David Manley (Gloria) and Julianne Fuller; and his grandchildren, Mari, Gabi, Caden and Jettson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
