She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thorald "T. C." and Mae G. Austin Parker; her husband James R. Minkel; her sons, Michael (Robbin), Phoenix, Steven (Betsy) and Cedar Falls; her grandchildren, Alex Minkel (Roxanne), Jill McGinn (BJ), Matt Minkel (Brooke), Janna Jakopic (David), Cara Mudd (David) and Megan Henderson (Geoff); her sister-in-law Mary Parker of Lakewood, CO.; and her brother Simion Parker (Ralph). She was also cherished by 6 great grandchildren.
