It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia K. Niedert of Waterloo, Iowa, born in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 6, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Elliott and Eleanor Elliott (Kriewdalt); her husband Edward "Eddie" Niedert; her daughter Shanel Niedert; and her siblings, Julie Chaney and Mike Elliott.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Bergeron (Tammy) of Fredonia, KS, Sara Cornwell (Trey) of Independence, Jenny Bergeron (Tom) of Waterloo, Ed Niedert Jr. of Alburnett and Crystal Edwards (David) of Elizabethtown, KY; her brother John Elliott (Linda) of Cedar Rapids; her brother-in-law Larry Niedert of Waterloo; and her pet Tynee. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.
