She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gibbs and Lois Gibbs (Owens); her husband Richard "Dickie Do" Hall; her brother John Gibbs; her sister-in-law Janet Adams; and her nephew Tony Gibbs.
She is survived by: her daughter Mandi Loudermilk (Jeremy); her granddaughter Isabel Loudermilk; her nieces and nephews, Julie Martin, Kim Hall, Andrea Gibbs, Chris Hall, Jon Gibbs, Jody Gibbs, Justin Gibbs, Larry Martin and Jeff Hall; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jaylyn Gibbs, Payton Gibbs, Piper Gibbs, Austin Martin, Jordan Martin (Biz), Conner Martin, Parker Gibbs, Ashton Gibbs, Trey Gibbs, Jacob Gibbs and Garrison Gibbs; and also, Karsen and Esme. She is also survived by one great great niece on the way; and many family and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Parrott & Wood Chapel of Memories (965 Home Plaza, Waterloo, IA 50701). A memorial service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
