She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Carl Formaker and Mildred Formaker (Oman); her husband Albert "Bob" Faye; her daughters, Susan Holmes (Bobby) of Cedar Falls and Sandra Faye of Waterloo; her granddaughters, Jana Bitterman (Chad) and Kaitlyn Been (Travis); her great grandchildren, Penn, Remy Bitterman, Avett and Juniper Been; and her son Robert Faye.
