She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Berg and Beth Berg (Barth). She is survived by: her husband Brad of Cedar Falls; her sons, Britt Myhr (Anya) of Cedar Falls and Dirk Myhr (Beth) of Waterloo; her brother Scott Berg (Shelly) of Modesto; her stepfather Don Tomaka of Cedar Falls; and her stepsiblings, Ronny Tomaka (Terry) of Dallas, Donny Tomaka of Cedar Falls and Connie of Cedar Rapids.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Cedar Valley Hospice.
