Peterson of Waterloo, Iowa, born in Lake Mills, Iowa, who passed away on June 21, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil A. Peterson and Evelyn J. Hermanson Peterson; his son Terry A. Peterson; and his sister Eleanor Miller. He is survived by: his former wife Joan M. Penning; his spouse Verlyn M. "Lynn" Goodenbour; his daughters, Sandra K. Boyd (Bill) of Clarksville, Pamela S. Peterson of Waterloo and Linda L. Williams (Ted) of Urbandale; his grandsons, Joshua Williams (Debra) of Indianola, Jason Williams (Christina) of Urbandale and Jared Williams of Urbandale; his great grandchildren, Camron of Indianola, Caleb of Indianola, Carson Williams of Indianola, Genevieve and Charles Williams of Urbandale; and his sister Gladys Humphrey of Lake Mills.
