Orville Vilas Dahl Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Orville Vilas Dahl of Waterloo, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 23, 2024 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie Dahl and Gena Dahl (Sandaker); his wife Delores Koepke; and his siblings, Elmo, Clifford, Elwood, Geneva Thompson, Lucille Bidney and Eileen Dahl.
He is survived by: his children, Vilas Dahl (Carol) of Galesville, Gerald "Jerry" Dahl (Donna) of Trempealeau and Marion Rawson (Allen) of Hoffman Estates, IL; and his brothers, Robert Dahl of Vinton, IA and Howard Dahl of Waterloo, IA.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Grace Lutheran Church (N42122 County Rd O, Osseo, WI 54773).
