It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Orlo Kay Collins of Waterloo, Iowa, born in Kirksville, Missouri, who passed away on November 10, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenneth Collins and Edna Collins (Knight); his wife Mary Kay Willits; his son Michael Searl (Stacey) of Mitchell, SD; his grandchildren, Kasey Staley of Waterloo, Justin Staley of Waterloo, Kimberly Sexton of Oskaloosa, Jessica Weaver (Johnthein) of Oskaloosa, Amanda Goers of Oskaloosa, Derek Searl (Ashton) of Springfield, MO and Tabitha Searl of Springfield, MO; his son-in-law Kelvin Outlaw of Waterloo; his siblings, Marie Gruber of Ontario, Kathryne Buehner (Jim) of Waterloo, Florence Hare (Frank) of Clarksville, Helen Lee (Robert) of Fowler, CO, Tina Fenneman (Leland) of Clarksville, Tom Collins (Brenda) of Cedar Falls, Terry Collins (Lorry) of Waterloo and Jerry Collins of Waterloo; and his daughters, Melissa Goers and Kimberly Outlaw. He was also cherished by numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
