With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norris Annis II of Waterloo, Iowa, born in Dubuque, Iowa, who passed away on April 6, 2023 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Norris Sam and Gloria Lee Swinehart Annis; his wife Cammie A. Wiesner of Waterloo; his children, N. Sam Annis III (Niki) of Hudson, Jamie Annis of Hudson, Justin Blake Annis of Glendale, California, Lindsey Adelmund (Jett) of Cedar Falls, Anne Annis of Waterloo and Kindal Annis of Waterloo; his grandchildren, Max, Brieana, Ella, Madison, Allyson, Carson, Kinnick, Willow, Hayden, Camelia and Sam; his great grandchildren, Lily, Kendrick, Emiliano and Kyro; his brother David Annis of Des Moines; his daughter-in-law Abbi Jenean Annis; and his siblings, John Annis and Martha Annis.

Memorials may be directed to Memorial Park Cemetery in Waterloo.
