It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Schlichting (Waterloo, Iowa), born in Bremer, Iowa, who passed away on December 2, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Schneider and Helena Schneider (Oltrogge); her husband Arthur Schlichting; her brothers, Arnold and Harvey Schneider; and her siblings-in-law, Lyle Goeller, Robert Bast and Betty Schneider.

She is survived by: her siblings, Irma Goeller of Waterloo, Esther Bast of Readlyn and Robert "Duke" Schneider (Marian) of Waverly; and her sister-in-law Gloria Schneider of Reedsburg. She is also survived by her stepchildren, and step grandchildren.
