She was predeceased by: her parents, George Frericks and Pauline Wedeking Frericks; her husband John Sulentic; and her sisters, Gladys Degroote, Lavon Flugga and Marva Crow.

She is survived by: her son Steven Sulentic (Debbie) of Eugene, Ore.; her grandchildren, Sam Sulentic and Cammy Hell; her great grandchildren, Beau, Brandon Hell, Palmer and Savannah Sulentic; her sister Joyce Fenneman (Robert) of Clarksville; her sisters-in-law, Sandra Frericks of Leeville and Gloria Frericks of Waterloo; and her pet Buddy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
