She is survived by: her mother Doretta Neil (Young); her partner Elisha Culpepper of Waterloo; her siblings, Tres Neil of Cedar Rapids, Manina Jackson (David) of Austell, GA and Cherie Neil (Matthew O'Connor) of Hudson; and her nieces and nephews, Ella (Taylor Neil), LaTorya Dial, Lakena Mallory-Neil and Bryson Mallory (Brian Mallory). She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
