She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Richard, Patricia Allen and Dean Arbuckle. She is survived by: her parents, Kaylene Allen Wright (Greg) and Randy Arbuckle (Carie); her husband Mitchell Forness of Waterloo; her children, Theodore, Maxwell, Cooper and Isla; her parents-in-law, Laurie Thoma (John) of Waterloo and Tom Forness (Toni) of Waterloo; her grandmother Marilyn Arbuckle; her brother Andrew Arbuckle of Waterloo; and her half-sisters, Madison and Natalie Arbuckle. She is also survived by several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
