She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Larsen and Helena Larsen (Groth); her spouse Francis "Jake" Jacoby; her son Edward Lee Jacoby; her siblings, Charles, Richard, Gordon Larsen, Catherine Rieken and Norma Pontenberg; and her siblings-in-law, Wayne, Richard, Daniel, James Jacoby, Donald Hackman and Kathy Hackman.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Johnson of Waterloo, Tamara Schmidt of Princeton, Illinois, Todd Jacoby of Yukon and Tyrone Jacoby (Vonda) of Mendon, Illinois; her sister Irene Heying (Roger) of Harpers Ferry; and her siblings-in-law, Sandy Quinn (Bob) of Albert Lea, Mary Jean Cartney of Byron, Betty Larsen of Elma, Shirley Jacoby of Evansdale and Jim Rieken (Bud Pontenberg) of Riceville. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
