“I am shocked to hear of Michelle’s death. I worked with her at Shakey’s in the 80’s. I took her cat Max. He wasn’t getting along with her new kitten. She brought him to Shakey’s in his pet carrier. I was closing that night, so he remained in the carrier in til midnight. I didn’t tell my parents he was coming. The next morning I accidentally left my bedroom door open. Next thing I hear, is my mother screaming because Max ran into her room. He lived 19 years!”
