He is survived by: his wife Jimi Jo of Waterloo; his children, Tara VanSant of Grand Meadow, MN and Michael VanSant of Duluth, MN; his stepdaughter Amy Pettit (Jeff Beckmann) of Cedar Falls; his grandchildren, Cheyen, Tatianna, Angelina, Tyler, Meagan, Logan, Derek, Libby, Daniel, Emma and Eva; his great grandchildren, Landon, Koda and AJ; and his sisters, Sandra Trumbauer (Bob) of Waterloo and Debra Barker of Tel Aviv, Israel..
