He was predeceased by: his parents, Melbourne Magee and Marguerite Galvin Magee; and his sisters, Barbara Magee and Mary Magee Ulses (Don Ulses). He is survived by: his brothers, Ramon (Nora) of Blue Springs and Don (Monica) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
