He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Mootz and Dorothy Weber Mootz; and his brother Wayne Mootz. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn S. Weber; his sons, Joseph (Tiara) of Bolingbrook and Ill (David); his grandchildren, Isla, Theodore and Anna; and his brothers, Paul (Judy) of Dubuque, Gerald (Jean) of Dubuque and Stephen (Cathy) of Dubuque. He is also survived by his children, and going out to eat with friends.
