He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Patrick "Pat" Flack, Jr. and Eileen Gertrude Flack (Donovan); and his siblings, Frederick Flack and Cathleen Flack Johanns. He is survived by: his brothers, Gary Flack (Eloise) of St. Augustine and Elon Flack (Jane) of Metter.
