He is survived by: his wife Patricia Pettengill of Waterloo; his daughter DeAnn Worsham (Tony) of Alpena, AR; his daughter-in-law Christine Pettengill of Franklin, NE; his grandchildren, Patrick Pettengill of Alpena, AR, Cheyenne Worsham of Alpena, AR, Charlie Pettengill of Green Forest, AR, Christopher Pettengill of Franklin, NE and Clarissa Pettengill of Franklin, NE; and his sisters, Marcella Turner of Cedar Rapids and Esther O'Rourke (Eugene) of Cedar Rapids. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
