He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Gibson and Ilo Gibson (Couper); and his siblings, Roselyn "Kay" Obery and Ronald Gibson. He is survived by: his spouses, Kathryn Ware and Judy Gibson of Waterloo; and his children, Kathy Lewis, Rick Gibson, Tammy Gibson, Tim Gibson (Laurie) and Tracy Jamieson of North Liberty. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
