With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Laverna Kiefer (Waterloo, Iowa), born in Montezuma, Iowa, who passed away on December 26, 2019 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey D. Butler and Alma Elmira Butler (Johnson); and her siblings, Roy, Donald Butler and Dixie Keenan.
She is survived by: her children, Reta Humpal (John) and Rick Kiefer (Julie) of Waterloo; her grandchildren, Jesse J. Taylor (Sheri), James Humpal (Megan) and Amanda Trebon (Brandon); and her great grandchildren, Wade, Marissa Sigl, Madilynne and Kolten Trebon.
