She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Dinnebier and Ottilie Dinnebier (Hellmich); her husband Vernon E. Freeland; her children, Vernon Jr., Mike Freeland and Carol Kinkade; her grandson Douglas Freeland; and her great grandchildren, Justin Kinkade, Cody Kruse and Ian Freeland.
She is survived by: her children, Rosemary Glass (Jim) of Waterloo, Chuck Freeland (Nancy) of Waterloo and Richard Freeland (Linda) of Michigan; and her children-in-law, Brenda Freeland and Darrel Kinkade. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren; fifty-five great-grandchildren; and twenty great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cedar Bend Humane Society or to Cedar Valley Hospice Mary A. Freeland, 101, of Waterloo, died Sunday, February 19, 2023.
