She is survived by: her daughters, Jackie Smith (Todd) and Cheri Holmes (Gary); her daughter-in-law Paige Fletchall; her grandchildren, Kara Davis (Daniel), Laura Vogt (Tyler), Leah Maples (Wes), Michael Eddington, Justin Smith, Mason Smith (Emily), Danielle Eddington, Cassidy Chalupa (Zach), Whitney Smith (Jace), Andrew Tanyaviriya (Brandi), Amanda Jo Ray and Preston Ray; her great grandchildren, Tony Cooper, Lexi Eddington, Navy Chalupa, Silas Cooper, Sunni Smith, Emily, Abby, Drew Tanyaviriya, Grady, Amelia Davis, Trinity, Colton Nichols, Tinsley, Tugger, Tate Vogt and Elijah Maples; her siblings, Martha, Nick, Dennis, Jim and Joe; and her husband Richard Fletchall.
