It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Constance Blough of Waterloo, Iowa, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on October 29, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Francis "Frank" and Mary Irene O'Brien Kielty; her husband Harold LeRoy "Bud" Blough; and her siblings, Bob, Frannie, Jean and Gerri.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Wright of Evansdale, Lori Brockman (Mark) of Waterloo and Bruce Blough of Minneapolis, Minn.; and her sister-in-law Helen Kielty of Waterloo. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be directed to the Salvation Army, Sacred Heart Catholic Church or Cedar Valley Hospice.
