He is survived by: his wife Elaine Pillard; his children, Josh Johnson (Kelly) of Waterloo, Zac Johnson (Ronda) of Cedar Falls, Prudence Miller (Richard) of Tucson, Ariz and Doretta Koldenhoven (Aaron) of Cedar Falls; and his siblings, Richard Johnson (Carol) of Melvin and Nancy Bly of Jesup. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
